Upon receiving the aforementioned information, Cubithost will look into the situation and take the appropriate steps to limit additional harm. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access to or remove the allegedly infringing content from our website while we investigate, as well as to take any other necessary action. We reserve the right to permanently remove, suspend, bar access to, or take any other appropriate action with respect to the infringing material if the complaining party has a valid claim. We shall immediately reopen access to the allegedly infringing content if there is no valid claim.

Please be aware that in the event of claims of fraud, Cubithost is unable to mediate between the complaining party and its client. In situations like this, the complaining party must lodge a complaint with the police or another law enforcement body in order for the matter to be properly examined.
